Job Description

We are looking for a motivated 1st Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team at Aldi. In this role, you will play a crucial part in receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores. Our warehouse team operates in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas, and we provide extensive training to ensure your success.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise in the warehouse according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvement and product quality assurance.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, drive for success, and efficiency.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment.
