Job Description

We are hiring a 1st Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate to join our warehouse operations at Aldi. Our warehouse team plays a vital role in ensuring that products are received, selected, and delivered efficiently to our stores to meet the needs of our growing customer base.

Position Details

• Job Type: Part-Time
• Average Hours: Fewer than 30 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $23.75 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Organize, relocate, and load merchandise strategically in the warehouse.
• Contribute to warehouse appearance standards and safety protocols through general cleaning duties.
• Participate in inventory counts and collaborate effectively with team members and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input for process improvement and assist in achieving budget goals.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation compliance.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.

Job Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, and drive for success.
• Ability to organize, execute efficiently, and work both independently and in a team environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, work in varying temperatures, and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Strong communication, math skills, attention to detail, and ability to interpret company policies.
