1st Shift Warehouse Entry Level

Job Description

We are looking for entry-level Warehouse Associates to join our dynamic team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating with team members and leadership to ensure optimal warehouse operations.

Shifts and Schedules

We offer multiple shift options, including Schedule A1, Schedule A2, Schedule B, Schedule C, and Schedule D.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Inventory counts and communication with warehouse management.
• Provide input for process improvement.
• Inspect product quality and address concerns.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate quality, safety, and collaboration competencies.
• Adapt positively to challenges and changes.
• Efficiently organize and execute tasks.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate industrial equipment.
• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
• Work in varying temperatures and physical agility.
