Job Description
We are looking for a 1st Shift Warehouse Operations Supervisor to join our team at Aldi. Position Type: Full-Time, Starting Salary: $80,000 per year. In this role, you will be responsible for establishing and managing daily work schedules, coordinating job activities of direct reports, overseeing the daily receiving and shipping of products, monitoring processes and compliance with guidelines, developing action plans to improve operating results and communication with management and other divisional operational areas. You will also supervise and evaluate employees' work performance, provide feedback and coaching and ensure a safe and efficient warehouse environment.
Responsibilities
- Establish and modify daily work schedules.
- Coordinate job activities and tasks of direct reports.
- Oversee daily receiving and shipping of products.
- Monitor processes for inbound and outbound deliveries.
- Develop and implement action plans to improve operating results.
- Supervise and evaluate employees' work performance.
