1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. As a Full-Time employee, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing inventory, preparing products for shipment, and maintaining warehouse standards. This role requires flexibility in work schedules, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Organize and relocate merchandise according to warehouse guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and management.
• Provide input for process improvements and support warehouse goals.

Requirements:

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to collaborate, adapt positively to challenges, and drive for excellence.
• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Capability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate warehouse equipment safely.
