1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join the team at Aldi. As a full-time position, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and preparing shipments. This role requires physical agility and the ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock for order fulfillment.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members.
• Suggest process improvements to warehouse management.
• Inspect product quality and address safety concerns.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement of 18 years.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team and follow instructions.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift and move items up to 45 pounds.
• Experience operating powered industrial equipment is a plus.
