1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join the team at Aldi. This full-time position offers 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage ranging from $20.75 to $26.75 per hour, depending on the shift and schedule differential pay.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently for store orders.
• Relocate merchandise as per handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning tasks and maintain warehouse appearance.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, and drive for success.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
