1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

Aldi is looking for a 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join their team. This full-time position offers an average of 30-35 hours per week at a starting wage of $23.00 per hour. As a Warehouse Package Handler, you will be responsible for selecting and receiving incoming stock efficiently, relocating merchandise within the warehouse, sorting and loading merchandise for shipment, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock
• Relocate merchandise throughout the warehouse
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment
• Clean and maintain the warehouse
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Demonstrates conscientiousness and teamwork
• Positive attitude and resilience
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment
