Job Description

We are hiring a 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our dynamic team at Aldi. As a vital part of our warehouse operations, you will play a crucial role in efficiently selecting, receiving, and preparing merchandise for delivery to our stores.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise based on handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively within the team.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes and achieve goals.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work collaboratively and follow company policies.
• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
