Job Description

We are hiring a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at ALDI. As a Package Handler, you will play a vital role in receiving, sorting, and preparing merchandise for shipment, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in our warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise within the warehouse following handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Provide input for process improvement and budget goals achievement.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation compliance.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.
• Perform tasks accurately, efficiently, and in adherence to company policies.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic arithmetic skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently or in a team.
