Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. As a Package Handler, you will play a crucial role in the warehouse operations, ensuring efficient handling of merchandise and maintaining a well-organized warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Organize and load merchandise for shipment and unload incoming shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Collaborate with warehouse management to improve processes and achieve goals.
• Operate equipment safely and report any quality or safety concerns.

Job Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate, adapt, and drive for success.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move items weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Work in varying temperatures and operate industrial equipment.
• Stand, bend, reach, and walk throughout the warehouse.
