Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join the team at Aldi. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will play a crucial role in receiving, sorting, and preparing merchandise for store deliveries, ensuring efficiency and product quality.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Ensure warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and management.
• Inspect products for quality and contribute to process improvement.
• Operate equipment safely and report any issues promptly.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physically able to lift and move items up to 45 pounds.
