1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a reliable 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. This full-time position offers 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage ranging from $18.00 to $22.00 per hour. As a Warehouse Package Handler, you will be responsible for efficiently receiving, relocating, sorting, loading, unloading, and inventorying merchandise to fulfill orders. You will collaborate with peers and supervisors to maintain warehouse standards and safety, while providing input for process improvements. If you are a detail-oriented individual who can work independently and in a team environment, this role is a great fit for you.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work conscientiously, collaborate with a team, maintain a positive attitude, drive for success, and organize efficiently.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Physical Requirements

• Able to lift and place products up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, stand, bend, reach, grip, push, pull, and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
