1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. The position offers up to $21.00 - $25.00 per hour based on shift and schedule differential pay. As a Warehouse Package Handler, you will be responsible for various duties including selecting and receiving stock, organizing merchandise, and maintaining warehouse standards. The role requires working efficiently in a collaborative environment, adhering to safety guidelines, and contributing to the achievement of warehouse goals.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Organize and relocate merchandise in the warehouse.
• Load and unload shipment strategically for transport.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and provide input for process improvement.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positivity, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move products up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
