1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. This role offers competitive starting wages ranging from $18.00 to $24.00 per hour based on shift and schedule. As a Warehouse Package Handler, you will be responsible for a variety of duties including receiving and organizing incoming stock, loading and unloading merchandise, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and participating in inventory counts. This position requires physical labor, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and perform physical warehouse tasks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
