1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are currently looking for a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. The position offers 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage of up to $19.50 - $23.50 per hour, based on shift and schedule differential pay. As a Warehouse Package Handler, you will be responsible for efficiently fulfilling orders received from stores, relocating merchandise within the warehouse, preparing shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards, and collaborating with team members and warehouse leadership.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Load and unload shipments efficiently.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and provide feedback for process improvements.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, operate powered industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
