1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join the ALDI team. As a Package Handler, you will be responsible for efficiently handling and preparing merchandise for shipment, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating effectively with peers and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Receive, relocate, and load merchandise according to warehouse standards.
• Ensure warehouse appearance and safety requirements are met through general cleaning duties.
• Contribute to inventory counts and communicate effectively within the warehouse team.
• Independently make decisions to improve processes and achieve budgeted goals.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrated ability to act conscientiously, collaborate with teams, maintain a positive attitude, drive for success, and organize tasks efficiently.
• Understanding of company policies and procedures, basic arithmetic skills, and strong communication abilities.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and handle products up to 45 pounds, operate powered industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to follow instructions, and work both independently and collaboratively.
