1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join the team at Aldi. As a full-time position, you will be responsible for various warehouse duties including selecting, receiving, relocating, sorting, and loading merchandise. This role requires attention to detail, efficiency, and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and management.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning and maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and supervisors.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, drive for success, and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, operate powered industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
