Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join the team at Aldi. As a Package Handler, you will play a vital role in receiving, organizing, and shipping merchandise efficiently to fulfill orders received from stores. If you can work independently, collaborate effectively with your team, and have a positive attitude, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Prepare merchandise for shipment and unload incoming shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and suggest process improvements.
• Inspect product quality and report any issues.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
• Capability to work in various temperatures and environments.
