Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. This part-time position offers an average of fewer than 30 hours per week, with a starting wage of $23.75 per hour. Our warehouse employees play a crucial role in receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores to ensure customer satisfaction. You will work in ambient and temperature-controlled areas, receiving thorough training and participating in a safety program to support your success.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Assist in warehouse inventory counts and contribute to process improvements.
• Collaborate with peers and leadership to achieve warehouse goals.
• Operate equipment according to safety guidelines.

Education and Experience

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds on pallets.
• Move merchandise throughout the warehouse and prepare for deliveries.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
