Job Description

We are looking for a motivated 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join the team at ALDI. As a package handler, you will play a vital role in the warehouse operations, ensuring efficient stock management, order fulfillment, and maintaining warehouse standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Organize and relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Prepare merchandise for shipment and unload incoming deliveries.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain cleanliness standards.
• Collaborate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide feedback to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Perform assigned tasks efficiently and within company policies.

Qualifications

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Capable of physical tasks like lifting up to 45 pounds and operating equipment.
