1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are hiring Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handlers to join the dynamic team at Aldi. With competitive starting wages ranging from $20.75 to $26.75 per hour, this position offers 30-35 hours per week of meaningful work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Ensure warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Collaborate with peers, suppliers, and leadership.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Basic arithmetic abilities and attention to detail.
• 18 years or older to qualify for employment at Aldi.
