Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join ALDI's team. As a package handler, you will play a crucial role in the efficient movement of merchandise within the warehouse to meet store orders and maintain a clean and safe working environment. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders effectively.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment and unload incoming shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and inventory accuracy.
• Collaborate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership to improve processes.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates commitment to quality, safety, and teamwork.
• Ability to adapt positively to challenges and maintain peak performance.
• Strong organizational skills and efficiency in task execution.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
