Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at ALDI. As a crucial part of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for efficiently handling and preparing merchandise for shipment, maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety, and contributing to a collaborative work environment.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock effectively to fulfill orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain warehouse appearance.
• Communicate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Inspect products for quality and safety compliance.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move items up to 45 pounds.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Experience with powered industrial equipment preferred.
