Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. In this part-time role, you will play a vital part in receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores efficiently. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment and unload incoming deliveries.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Collaborate with peers, suppliers, and management to improve processes.
• Inspect products for quality and safety concerns.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret policies, communicate effectively, and work independently or in a team.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
• Physical agility for bending, reaching, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
