1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are currently hiring for the position of 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker at Aldi. This is a full-time role with an average of 30-35 hours per week and a starting wage ranging from $18.00 to $24.00 per hour. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will be responsible for efficiently receiving incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness. You will play a crucial role in inventory management and collaborate with the warehouse team to achieve operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide feedback for process improvement.
• Inspect product quality and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Job Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, drive for success, and efficiency.
• Ability to interpret company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication and basic arithmetic skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently or in a team.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
