Job Title: 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: Up to $21.00 - $25.00 per hour

Shift: 1st Shift - 7:00 AM start time

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties and participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input to improve processes and assist in achieving goals.
• Inspect product quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.
• Perform tasks accurately, follow procedures, and notify management of issues.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Demonstrate concern for quality, safety, and collaboration.
• Adapt positively to challenges and strive for success.
• Organize, execute efficiently, and follow company policies.
• Excellent communication, math skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or in a team.

Education and Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Lift up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, sit, stand, bend, reach, and operate equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures, indoor and outdoor environments.
