1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join Aldi's team. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will be responsible for efficiently selecting, receiving, and relocating incoming stock in the warehouse. You will also play a key role in loading and unloading merchandise, maintaining warehouse standards, and participating in inventory counts.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties and inventory counts.

Job Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, and efficiency.
• Ability to interpret company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication and basic arithmetic skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise, sit, stand, bend, reach, and walk throughout the warehouse.
• Work in varying temperatures and operate powered industrial equipment.
