1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are currently seeking a Full-Time Warehouse Stocker for our 1st Shift at Aldi. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of our warehouse. From receiving and organizing stock to loading merchandise for shipment, you will be responsible for maintaining warehouse appearance standards and supporting inventory counts. If you are detail-oriented, collaborative, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically.
• Perform general cleaning duties and assist with inventory counts.
• Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product for quality and safety.
• Operate equipment safely and notify management of any issues.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to work both independently and within a team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift and move up to 45 pounds frequently.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
