1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join the Aldi team. As a vital part of our operations, you will be responsible for efficiently fulfilling orders, organizing merchandise, and ensuring warehouse appearance and safety standards. Your role will involve collaboration with peers and warehouse leadership to achieve operational excellence and drive success.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock for order fulfillment.
• Relocate merchandise within the warehouse according to guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise in preparation for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance and safety.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and provide input for process improvement.
• Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and leadership to ensure effective communication.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and place product weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Basic math skills and attention to detail.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely and effectively.
