Job Description
Are you looking for a dynamic and fast-paced work environment? ALDI is currently seeking a 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock to fulfill store orders, relocating merchandise within the warehouse, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
- Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
- Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically for shipment.
- Perform general cleaning tasks to maintain warehouse appearance and safety.
- Participate in warehouse inventory counts as needed.
- Cooperate effectively with team members, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
- Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
- Inspect and consult on product quality, safety, and sanitation.
- Operate equipment safely and follow ergonomic procedures.
Education and Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Physical Requirements
- Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
- Move merchandise from stock and prepare for deliveries.
- Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
