Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. As a full-time employee, you will be responsible for efficiently handling and organizing merchandise, maintaining warehouse standards, and ensuring accurate fulfillment of orders. Key Responsibilities

• Receive incoming stock and fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and prepare merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members.
• Provide feedback to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and alert management to any issues.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, drive for success, and efficiency.
• Ability to interpret and follow company policies.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Capable of lifting up to 45 pounds and operating industrial equipment.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move products up to 45 pounds.
• Work in varying temperatures and operate equipment safely.
