1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join the team at Aldi. In this part-time role, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and contributing to maintaining a clean and safe warehouse environment. The position offers a starting wage of $23.75 per hour for fewer than 30 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipments.
• Perform general cleaning duties to uphold warehouse appearance standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and collaborate effectively with peers and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input for process improvement to warehouse management.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation adherence.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate conscientious behavior, collaboration, positive attitude, and resilience.
• Organize work efficiently and comply with company standards.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
