1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are hiring a Warehouse Stocker to join our team at ALDI. This is a full-time position with 30-35 hours per week on the 1st Shift, starting at 7:00 AM. You will be responsible for efficiently receiving, organizing, and relocating merchandise within the warehouse, preparing products for shipment, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties and maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Inspect product quality and contribute to process improvements.
• Operate equipment safely and follow ergonomic procedures.

Job Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic equations.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds on pallets.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
