Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. As a Stocker, you will play a crucial role in receiving, relocating, sorting, and loading merchandise in our warehouse. Your attention to detail and efficiency will contribute to maintaining our high standards for product quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently for order fulfillment.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse cleaning and inventory counts.
• Collaborate effectively with peers, suppliers, and management.
• Provide input for process improvement.
• Ensure product quality and safety standards are met.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and place up to 45 pounds of product.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Basic arithmetic skills.
• Capacity to operate powered industrial equipment.
