Job Description
We are currently hiring for the position of 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker at Aldi. As a vital member of our warehouse team, you will play a crucial role in efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse standards.
Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders effectively.
- Relocate merchandise according to product handling guidelines.
- Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
- Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain cleanliness.
- Interact with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership to ensure effective communication.
- Provide input for process improvements and assist in achieving operational goals.
- Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation standards.
- Operate equipment safely and follow established procedures.
- Perform all tasks accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with company policies.
Job Qualifications

Education and Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Physical Requirements
- Lift and place products up to 45 pounds on pallets at various heights.
- Move merchandise within the warehouse and prepare products for deliveries.
- Perform various physical tasks in different temperatures.
- Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
