1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are currently hiring for a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker position at Aldi with an average of 30-35 hours per week. The starting wage ranges from $18.00 to $22.00 per hour. The selected candidate will have various schedule options to choose from, including Schedule B.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise throughout the warehouse based on guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Perform cleaning duties, participate in warehouse inventory counts, and collaborate effectively with peers.
• Provide input for process improvements, inspect products for quality and safety, and achieve budgeted goals.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration with the team, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to organize tasks efficiently, interpret company policies, communicate effectively, and work well independently or in a team.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, and operate powered industrial equipment.
