Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will play a crucial role in efficiently managing incoming and outgoing stock, ensuring the warehouse operates smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Organize and relocate merchandise within the warehouse following guidelines.
• Load and unload shipment strategically for efficient distribution.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Collaborate with peers, suppliers, and leadership for effective warehouse operations.
• Provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect product quality and address safety concerns.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Demonstrated conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, and efficiency.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication and basic arithmetic skills.

Requirements

• High School Diploma preferred.
• Physically able to lift up to 45 pounds and operate warehouse equipment.
