1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are currently seeking a 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. This full-time position offers an average of 30-35 hours per week with starting wages ranging from $19.00 to $23.00 per hour, based on shift and schedule differential pay. The 1st Shift begins at 7:00 AM.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise in accordance with product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment and unload incoming shipments.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance standards and safety requirements.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements and assist in achieving budgeted goals.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, drive for success, and efficiency.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and basic arithmetic abilities.
