1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. As a Full-Time employee, you will be responsible for efficiently managing stock, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse standards. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise in line with product handling guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Provide feedback for process improvements.
• Inspect product quality and adhere to warehouse procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientious work ethics and positive collaboration.
• Ability to adapt to changes and drive for success.
• Efficient organizational and execution skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift and move up to 45 pounds, operate equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
