1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join the ALDI team in ensuring efficient stock handling and delivery operations. As a part-time team member earning a starting wage of $23.75 per hour, you will work in ambient and temperature-controlled areas, contributing to our success by efficiently managing stock and maintaining warehouse standards.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Organize and relocate merchandise based on product handling guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise for shipment preparation.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation concerns.
• Operate equipment safely and perform tasks accurately within company policies.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to work at ALDI.
• Demonstrate conscientious behavior, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physically able to lift up to 45 pounds, operate equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
