1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

Join Aldi as a 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker and be part of our dedicated team that ensures products are received, selected, and delivered efficiently to our stores. This part-time role offers a starting wage of $23.75 per hour for fewer than 30 hours per week. You will work in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas, receiving thorough training to succeed in your responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders effectively.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning to maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and management to improve processes.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Demonstrate conscientious behavior and positive attitude towards work.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures and physically demanding conditions.
