Job Description

Join Aldi as a 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker! We are currently hiring for various schedules and offer competitive starting wages ranging from $19.50 to $23.50 per hour. As a Stocker, you will be responsible for efficiently stocking merchandise, relocating products within the warehouse, preparing shipments, maintaining cleanliness, and interacting with peers and leadership. You will contribute to warehouse efficiency, quality, and safety, making independent decisions within your assigned responsibilities. Additionally, you will need to work collaboratively, maintain a positive attitude, and drive success to excel in this role.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and efficiency.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Strong communication, arithmetic, and organizational skills.
• Works well independently and in a team environment.
