Job Description

Join our team at ALDI as a 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker. Our warehouse operations are essential in ensuring that products are efficiently received, selected, and delivered to our stores for our growing customer base. As part of our warehouse team, you will work in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas. A comprehensive training and safety program will equip you with the necessary skills for success.

Position Details

• Job Type: Part-Time
• Average Hours: Fewer than 30 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $23.75 per hour

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Organize, relocate, and load merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Collaborate with peers and leadership to improve processes.
• Inspect products for quality and safety compliance.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Frequently move merchandise and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures, hot and cold.
