Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join the team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will play a critical role in efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and preparing shipments to stores. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Strategically sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain cleanliness.
• Collaborate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements and assist in achieving goals.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team.
