Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. As a full-time employee, you will play a crucial role in managing incoming and outgoing stock efficiently and maintaining warehouse standards. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Receive incoming stock accurately and fulfill store orders effectively.
• Organize and relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Prepare merchandise for shipment and unload incoming shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members.
• Provide input for process improvement to warehouse management.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation compliance.
• Independently make decisions within your area of responsibility.
• Assist in achieving warehouse budget goals.
• Perform tasks efficiently and accurately according to company policies.

Job Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Demonstrate conscientious and collaborative work ethic.
• Adapt positively to challenges and changes.
• Drive for success and efficiency in tasks.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Perform various physical tasks in warehouse environments.
