1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join Aldi's team. As a full-time employee, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock for store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Communicate effectively with peers and warehouse leadership.
• Inspect product quality and safety standards.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.
• Assist in achieving warehouse goals and process improvements.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Demonstrated conscientious, collaborative, positive attitude, and goal-driven behaviors.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift and move products up to 45 pounds.
• Experience in warehouse operations is a plus.
