1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at ALDI. In this role, you will play a crucial part in receiving, selecting, and delivering products to ensure our stores are stocked for our customers. Our warehouse environment offers a blend of both ambient and temperature-controlled areas, where safety and efficiency are paramount.

Position Type

• Job Type: Part-Time
• Average Hours: Fewer than 30 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $23.75 per hour

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately and efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise within the warehouse following product handling protocols.
• Organize and load merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning tasks to maintain warehouse appearance and safety.
• Participate in inventory counts and provide input for process improvements.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to adhere to ALDI's competencies for conscientious work and team collaboration.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical capability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate warehouse equipment safely.
