1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join Aldi's team on a full-time basis. The position offers competitive starting wages ranging from $19.50 to $23.50 per hour. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will be responsible for efficiently receiving, relocating, sorting, loading, and unloading merchandise to fulfill orders and maintain warehouse standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise following guidelines.
• Maintain warehouse appearance and safety standards.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Participate in inventory counts and provide input for process improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement of 18 years.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate and cooperate with team members.
• Positive attitude and adaptability in a fast-paced work environment.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
