1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. As a part-time warehouse stocker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that products are efficiently received, selected, and delivered to our stores. You will be responsible for various warehouse tasks, including stock selection, merchandise organization, inventory counting, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Organize and relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Prepare merchandise for shipment and unload incoming deliveries.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Provide input for process improvement to warehouse management.
• Inspect product quality and report any issues to management.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Demonstrate conscientious and collaborative behavior.
• Adapt positively to challenges and work effectively in a team.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physically able to lift and move up to 45 pounds.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
